Ultramelt 9030

Main Usage:

• For bonding a wide range of substrates generally used in packaging and assembly operations.
• Excellent performance with a wide range of materials including paper and cardboard, fabrics, leather, ceramics, polystyrene and some plastics like polyethylene and polypropylene.

Product Characteristics:

• EVA based hotmelt.
• Best heat resistance in its class.
• Excellent mileage – lower usage.
• No stringing from nozzles

Ultramelt 3001

Main Useage:

• For gluing a wide range of papers and boards including printed and lacquered surfaces.
• Packet and carton sealing, wrap around cases, tray forming.
• Can be used on high speed machines.
• Due to the wide variety of surfaces, gluability of materials can be very different. Testing should be carried out in case of difficult to bond surfaces.

• Suitable for blast-freeze and plate-freeze applications.
• Excellent deep freezer resistance eliminates pop-opens during freezing process.
• Due to the wide variety of surfaces, gluability of materials can be very different. Testing should be carried out in case of difficult to bond surfaces.

Main Usage:

• For situations requiring a peelable hotmelt such as onsertion.
• Removes cleanly from a wide range of substrates such as envelope and paper stock, boards, and various films as well as printed and coated surfaces.
• Can be used as a palletizing adhesive.
• Due to the wide variety of surfaces, gluability of materials can be very different. Testing should be carried out in case of difficult to bond surfaces such as low dyne printed surfaces.

• High quality Synthetic Rubber Copolymer hotmelt.
• Gives a peelable bond without causing subsequent paper tear.
• Leaves no oil residue – no paper stains.
